website or blogs and you’ll be sure to see talk about cloud computing. The only
problem is that not everyone agrees on what it is. Ask ten different professionals
what cloud computing is, and you’ll get ten different answers.

b)Zero capital expenditure for hardware and software to get started for business.
c)pay as you go service i.e you pay for what you used.
BUT TECHNICALLY WE CAN DEFINE CLOUD IN 7 WAYS.
1) Cloud Computing is transforming the business to increase efficiencies while reducing the cost.
2) It is Metaphor for Internet (Internet is referred as network diagram as cloud).
3) Application running on hosted server as the services.
4) Cloud Computing is model for convenient on demand access to a computing Resource
(networks, server, storage, application and service) that can be made available by service provider from computing resource pool.
5) We can also refer as accessing software and storing data on Internet.
6) We can also refer as the modern version of time sharing model.
7) We can also define on 5 attributes as
- Shared resource
- Elasticity
- Pay as you Go Service
- Self provisioning and scalability).
At last it make the it department to focus on strategic aspect rather than keeping the Data center running.
