Easy Way to Update Stock ROMv4 for Micromax A52

Hello Fellas, So are searching stock ROM v4 for Micromax A52 ? you have landed at the right place.

Today we would be providing you Untouched(All the apps are intact) with no ROOT Access and TESTED ! ! ! For all those who want to over v3 or Custom ROM.

Our Friend Andro-Park did this Job little earlier with inclusion of ROOT ACCESS. So we decided to get over it. It was not possible without help of abhijit guha . thanks to him for his updater script.

So Lets begin ! ! !

Before Proceeding you would be requiring the following stuff:

CWM v6 by sahil deep: Download
Stock ROM v4 zip: Download

If  you don' t have CWMv6 installed do refer our previous guide Easy Way to Root Micromax A52 [ Root + Custom ROM] (Follow upto STEP 4 for flashing CWMv6) for installing it and then proceed further.

Step #1: Put the Stock ROM v4 zip into the root of sdcard.

   

Step #2: Switch off the phone., Press Vol Up + Power button CWM v6 would open up .

 
 

Step #3: Using CWM 6 clear the data and cache otherwise it may conflict the working of phone  further.

 

Step #4: Then Select  " Install ZIP from sdcard " >> "choose zip sdcard">>Stock ROM v4.zip.

 
 

Step #5: Installing would start after completion just restart your phone and voila !!! you would have Stock ROM v4.

Easy Way to Root Micromax A52 [ Root + Custom ROM]

All Micromax a52 user those who have not rooted your device yet, today we'll be showing you an easy root method for your device. by following  this method you would not only get root access but also the new custom ROM for micromax a52 developed by abhijit guha.
"X-Zoom v3".

So Lets begin, For this you will be needing following things.

1) USB cable
2) Clockwork Mod Recovery by sahil :  Click Here
3) Sp Flash tool v2.0 : Click Here
4) MTK Drivers  : Click here
5) X-zoom v3 by abhijit guha:  Click Here
6) Scatter file Click Here
  
After Downloading x-zoom v3 , place it in root of sdcard. and proceed further.

Once you get all this things. follow this step.

Step 1: Install the MTK drivers you downloaded and install the sp flash tool v2.0

Step 2:  Open Sp Flash Tools you just installed.click on scatter-loading button and browse the "scatter file" you downloaded.

Step 3: Now Load the Clockwork Mod Recovery you downloaded, take off the battery of your  device put it back but don't connect usb cable yet.

Step 4: Now click on "Download" as show in the figure.and within 10 sec connect usb to your device.process will start when it gets completed green signal will showup on the above screen .

Step 5:Now press this key combination "Vol up + Power ON". you will get into Clockwork Mod Recovery now wipe data and wipe cache .

Step 6: Select "mounts and storage" ->"mount /system". and press back button

Step 7: Select "install zip from sdcard "--> "choose zip from sdcard"--> select the x-zoom.zip you have downloaded.

Step 8: After completing above step you will come to main screen. now select "reboot system now" and then it will show a dailog select "Fix Root Permission ", and Voila !!! you just rooted your and installed Custom ROM too.(Rooting may would your warranty but dont worry we'll tell method to recover back :p later on)
